Default 2 things!!!!!transmission and rear axle problem

I have a 2002 dakota sxt that is just over 100k miles. The tranny has shifted a lil rough, but when under 1/4 a tank of gas, it wants to idle at 2500-3000rpm. only when low on gas too. Any ideas????
Second thing, i recently hydroplaned and hit a curb decently hard with my read passenger tire. i had to get a new rim and they said there was a slight wobble in the tire, they said the rear axle was probably bent, any other ideas?

For the 2nd one, an alignment shop will tell you exactly what's wrong and by how much.

For the 1st one..i have no clue.
