Default 01 Dakota Need Help Please ASAP

I have a 2001 Dakota 4.7 The truck won't idle, will turn over, real rough, then stalls. I can hold it steady at 1500 rpms, but if I take my foot off the slightest it will bog down and stall. The check engine light has been on for a while. My husband started replacing the exhaust manifold gasket the night before and I drove it the next morning without it put back on. He drove it that afternoon when it overheated and shut down until cool and water replaced. Oil was also low substantially. Was running completely fine the days before, but light had been on. We replaced the gasket, the spark plugs, ran a can of seafoam through it and still same rough stalling problem. Took to Advanced and it put out 7 codes. P0051, P0202, P0352, P0354, P0356, P0357, P0601. Researched them and O2 sensor, Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Malf., Ignition Coils B, D, F, G and Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error. Don't know where to start? If any of these problems specifically would be causing the rough idle and stalling. All gauges have been and are ok except the CEL. Any help would be appreciated, need the truck to go to treatment for my MS, so the sooner the better, already missed one. Im pretty mechanically inclined so hopefully I can understand.

Thanks,
Erika
