Default Liftin' That Rear!

Gents,

Putting 3" blocks on the front coils of my 2000 2wd QC Dakota for a cheap lift....

What do you suggest I do to lift the rear to be as level as possible with the front...? Can just a "add-a-leaf" kit raise it enough to be completely level...? Or will I have to also get different shackles...? Leaf springs over axle swap? Whatever is the easiest/cheapest and will not sacrifice to much ride comfort. She IS a pavement pounder..

Thank you

I have a 99' and put a 2" lift on mine but my leaf springs sit on top of my rear axle so I just put a blocks in the back and tightened the front torsion bars. For my blocks total was like $100 with the blocks and new u-bolts. I personally think using blocks are the way to go for up to 4" after that I would do add a leaf especially since the blocks won't change how it rides

Yeah I have the 2wd which makes the leaf springs under the axle. I decided to just get some 2" shackles and hope that it will level out with the front. Do you guys know if I should have went with 3" shackles?
Thank you
