Nice job on the grill - very clean looking. How does it hold up to bugs and rocks?

yeah i did the same as dodgeramguy said and the bottom grill I had to welt pieces of steel onto it to hold the mesh in there. Kind of half assed, if I can get a pic later I'll try to.

here is what i did for my half *** way, i drilled a whole at the top and bottom of all three pillars and slipped zip ties in i went up too high with the mesh though, so i couldn't bend it on the bottom to hide the seem. i still think it looks pretty good unless you get right up to it. i had to also redo my hood latch so i ran a piece of 12 gauge across the hood to the right side.

I had the same problem, after tapping the socket down on the plug with a hammer and turning it slowly and retapping it down I got mine out after a day of work.

Next time someone runs into a problem with plugs that don't want to come out, spray some PB Blaster around the plugs and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Once it breaks loose and turns a little, spray it some more and let it sit and soak. If it's still tight, start screwing it in and out and keep spraying the PB Blaster. It will break loose and come out then ALWAYS use anti-seize on the threads of the new plugs so this doesn't happen the next time you change plugs.
