well just finished my dam brakes and let me tell u that was some annoying ****. the person who designed that **** should be shot.

 

I had to replace mine this past summer as well. I used some pvc coated steel line from advance auto.

The factory is a steel line with aluminized coating.....

My Dakota didnt come with the splash "curtains" that most trucks have in the wheel wells. I believe this would prevent the brake lines from rusting out so fast....
