Hi everybody! first time posting. I have an 04 Dakota sport 4x4 4.7 quad cab. I noticed that it is clicking underneath towards the rearend when going about 5 mph. Then once I accelerate it goes away. Also, the e-brake doesn't stop the truck when in drive on the jack stands. Any help would be appreciated,

Pop off the drums and check around. Willing to bet its a return spring in there has broken off the e-brake lever.
