yes. the blocks are for the rear lift the torsion bars are for the front lift.

32s will fit if u just crank your tbars, no need for new keys or anything. And if u just crank them enough to level the truck out u won't have to do anything in the back.... I believe that's what dodgeramguy did and I think his truck looks pretty darn good
