I am looking at a 2001 club cab 4x4 with the 4.7L. The truck is super clean, my only reservation is that the motor has 135,000miles. What are your opinions? Is that too risky of milage for this engine? Thanks

Oh by the way they are asking $4,995 for the truck.

 

if its taken care of then no its not bad. if its been abused then no. maintenance, maintenance, maintenance.

 

I have a 138k miles on mine right now and it still runs mint. Doesn't burn any oil. Still has good power. 135k isn't bad at all for a 4.7.

 

awesome, I am going to check it out on Tuesday, its about an hour from where i live. I really like it from the online pics, I just hope it turns out to be a solid truck.
