Well in my opinion do just a suspension lift but that depends on how extreme your offroading definition is. If you're going for the extreme bogger look then do both suspension and body lift. It's all up to you when it comes down to it

there are no suspension lifts.. except torsion bar and rear blocks might as well do both for bigger tires for more clearance

What Blaze said then you can get a few more inches of lift with bigger tires. Of course by a few I mean 1 or 2

I think my keys and block were plenty. I fit 285/70/17 tires, which are bigger enough and will break the bank when they need to be replaced. I would maybe go another 3 inches with the body lift but I love the way my truck sits right now.

I'm pretty sure rancho stopped making that kit a few years ago not sure 100% about that though, but more importantly $3000 for a lift!!!! For that kind of money I'd start looking for parts to do a SAS.
