Default dual exhaust question

So i have read alot of posts and talked to a few shops about this and no one can seem to give me a straight answer. So i have a 4.7 with a set of hooker headers 212x cams five o motor sports injectors and sct tun. So my question is about duals. I want to upgrade from my cat back. So gain or lose with true duals? I want the most gain out of new exhaust. So true duals with no cats? or single muffler with dual out? If someone could clear this up for me once and for all i would be very happy thanks. Oh ya straight pipe duals i would do if greatest gain aswell

If you already have a cat back system you are most likely going to stay around the same numbers with true duals.
