well thanks for all the links! yeah 55w is a lot, but ya know, i do alot of late nite drivin and i need to see! i work at 2 in the mornin so i use my headlights a lot to get to work. so a conversion kit in the clear headlights i posted will work out just fine?

Yes it will work. Only thing I dont like about those cheap ebay kits is well cause they are cheap. I have installed 2 different kits from ebay and the ballasts are plastic and the connections dont fit as tight as they should. My kit was 60.00 but the connections are good and the ballasts are aluminum. I've had my headlights for 2 years and my fogs for a year. No problem with either of the kits.

okay sweet! thanks! yes definantly a quality factor when buying ebay stuff for cheap, i will definantly check the seals and grease/glue the connections. found the 55w kit that will fit high and low for my truck. . . http://www.ebay.com/itm/9007-8000K-5...item19ca7df42c gonne get this!

I put these bulbs in my truck: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-4350...ht_3767wt_1187

They're pure white (4350k) and bright as h@*l!!! In WA, it's illegal to aftermarked HID in a vehicle that wasn't made with them. I've been stopped 3 times now because they thought I had HID, so I guess they're bright enough!
