Not sure on a '99, in 2000 it was fuse #6, in the junction block.

Hope it helps.

Did it all of a sudden stop moving or did they start to slow down/become more choppier?

It could be the transmission - I just replaced that on my GP. An easy process but it can be an absolute pain in the rear trying to get that transmission out.

ya i found it, i was looking underneath the steering wheel and also looked at the fuses under the hood, then after a while of searching i noticed a tab that you pull out on the lower side of the dash by the door, and pulled it open, the fuse for it was blown, replaced it and now its all good

thanks for the help

are you talking about gear transmission or another kind don’t see how the tranny has to do with windshield wipers

Windshield wipers have a simple gear system to increase torque. Without it they wouldn't be able to force snow off if even move.
