auto door lock defeat

Is there a simple (home remedy) way to get rid of the auto door lock function on my '04 Dakota (2 door)?

Read the manual? It is in there somewhere. Or google? If you cant find it, someone can look it up for you. I have my manual in the truck, it's just not close.
