Default I think

I think those are guide pins only not rivets just unbolt everything and see if they come out.

I think they will just unbolt for you

Its not guide pins. The reason I know that is I unbolted all the bolts in the seat and ricked it pull it pried it and all that happens is it won't come free where the center console/center seat are. Also in the front on the bracket under the seat it won't come free where the rivets are going through the frame. I even drilled out the rivets in the back and after that it was still hooked up where the frame has rivets through it into the bracket that connects into the the center seat.

You do not need to take the rivets out unless you want to completly remove the middle seat/consoul. To get the seats out the rivets do not need to come out it is easier to pull the whole seat assembly then dill the rivets out from under it. My 98 has them and prob years 97-99 have them. First of all why do you need to remove the seats or middle seat?

My drivers seat is all caved in from the fat *** that owned it before me. Besides it being extremly uncomfortable it also failed state inspection as one of the metal bars is showing. So I wanted to just replace the drivers seat. But if I come across all 3 in good shape I will replace them.
