Default Tranmission Leak and shifting issue

Hey guys,

I have done a lot of searching on this topic but I couldn't find a thread that had what I was looking for. Had my 01 CC 4.7 4x4 in for an oil change on Sunday and I thought I had an oil leak but turns out it had a trans leak. Obviously the trans pan is a possible source but I am trying to find out some other areas I should look at. Also, the truck has a tendency to shift hard or stall before finding the gear especially on the 2-3 shift. I have a heard a few different possibilities for this but wanted to see what you guys think.

Could be a seal - not sure if there is more than one but there should be one where the driveshaft enters the transmission. Shifting issues could be caused by low fluid...
