Default 01 Dakota power window is extremely slow.

I have replaced the drivers side power window motor assembly, switch and lubed the side rails, and the window still rolls up and down very slowly. It's the drivers side window only.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum..

Did you replace only the window motor by itself or did you replace the regulator and motor as one assembly? If you replaced just the motor, check the regulator. Window regulator failure is a common problem, not only on Dodges but also on Jeep and Chrysler vehicles too. Chances are pretty good you have a bad regulator assembly, or maybe the regulator is in a bind somehow. If the regulator is OK, then it would probably have to be either a bad replacement motor or a wiring problem.
