If you have an evap code. I had the same thing happen recently to my 03 4x4. As many have said here in the past check the hose under the drivers side running into the charcoal canister. At first glance mine did not appear cracked. I pulled it off and on the top of the hose it was split. I replaced it and the code has not returned since. Another thing to check is under the hood. There is a hose running from the purge solenoid to the front of the throttle body. I also found this one completely disconnected and split on 2 different places. That one did not fix the evap after fixing but it wouldn't hurt to check.

The line that I found was cracked did not have a t adapter on it. It ran from the canister and got smaller as it ran to hard plastic hose about a foot toward the front of the truck. The end on the canister is larger so you may have to go to oreillys and grab adapters to make it work.
