I was thinking a head gasket, but I'm not sure if they would lead to any ticking...

 

i had a bad steering knuckle i got a new one i replaced it now my steering wheel instead of being centered is way off to the dodge symble being up and down not side to side like it's supposed to be any idea's how to fix this? is removing the steering wheel worth the shot of trying to straighten it out like moving it a spine or 2-3 to get it back straight?i need help fast truck goes in monday for rest of safety thanks
