Smile poor air blowin from defrost

Hello everybody and thanks for reading about my problem.

it blows good cold and hot air i just replaced the resistor but de only problem is that when you set it to defrost most of the air is going on the floor and very little goes on the defroster, I thought it was the AC/ heater control so tried a new one and it does the same thing.

has any of you have this problems before, or do you have any suggestions what I should check for?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Sounds like the diverter door is not functioning properly. Have you checked the search function? or google the problem. I know I have read something on this, I just can't remember where. Sorry, I hope this helps some.
