But I'm going to drop the pan again tomorrow and check the line pressure and adjust it if needed and hopefully that will fix my problem.
Call my aamaco and get them to fax you a quote and then take it to your ammaco and be like here this is the price I want lol

So i dropped the valve body yesterday to check line pressure adjustments and the screw was already at what factory recommendations are. I also air tested the od clutch and im not exactly sure how it is supposed to sound but I did hear a slight clunk noise when i applied air but i could not feel it and it did the same noise when when applying air to the front clutch. It didn't sound so much like a clunk like it is described to sound like though it was just a soft noise.

When you apply air to the test port, there should be a release sound when nozzle is removed...Or in other words, when you apply air to the circuit, it should maintain pressure when you stop applying air ( or at least for several seconds) ...if there is not a holding of air, it is leaking......

do you think that the check valve could just be only partially opening in the valve body? are there any seals or hydraulic lines out side the overdrive unit that can be checked or is it most likely an overdrive unit internal issue with a seal?
