I have a 2004 4.7L Dakota, I'm trying to buy a set of Autolite 3923 Xtreme performance spark plugs.. They are 17 dollars a piece, so i want to make sure i'm getting the right ones, I looked up fitment for a 04 dakota, it only comes up with 3.7L, are they the same spark plugs?? I looked through all the "Dakota Spark Plugs" and they are all for 3.7L
