Default front end noise

I have a 02 and i have a slight T-bar lift and I just hit 100,000 mi like two weeks ago. I have noticed a really annoying noise from the front end and i don't even know where to start i haven't looked at anything yet but this weekend ill be heading home where my tools are and was thinking if i could figure out what the noise is this weekend i can prob fix it too. the noise is the worst when im moving at like 35 40 mph and i know its not an exhaust leak or anything like that cause i was going down a bridge and shifted into neutral and killed the engine its def somewhere in the drive train or wheels. also the noise quits when i take a slight right turn .. but its still loud when i take a left any body have a similar issue

Can you describe this noise? Is it a speak, grind, deep growl?

the noise is like a deep growl but kinda a grinding its hard to tell cause i have to get up to 30 -35mph to hear it and the wind kinda doesn't help with me trying to hear it. i mistook it for my tires wearing funny for the longest time. it sounds as if i have a really aggressive mud terrain on my truck and windows down all the time

I have some front end issues as well. I just acquired a 74 dodge W100 Pickup. The front end vibrates at 30 mph and whenever I turn the corner I get this knock, knock, knocking noise (both directions), which feels like it is coming from the drivers side, could someone enlighten me on where to look for the possible issue and what might be the problem?
Thanks in advance
