02 Quad Cab Front turn signal
I searched and nothing really hit my situation. My right turn signal went into
fast blink. I still had blinker and the 4 way worked. I checked the tow harness,
no dice. I consulted the Service Manual, (yeah, the big thick one). Sez remove park and turn signal lamp. They mean the whole plastic enchilada. They fail to mention the T-9 torx screw holding the whole mess in. Had I looked in the Owner's Manual I would have gotten a clue. Once I had the lens off and could check the bulbs I found one out of two not working. I jiggled it around and solved the problem. No plastic was harmed during this repair.
Required tools: T-9 bit, screw stick.
Shop supplies: Two beers, clue.
