Default Need little help

I Justed picked up a 02 Dakota 4x4 3.9

I attacked a abs issue but havent been able to complete it . Replaced passenger wheel bearing and sensor , replace pumpkin sensor. Abs light flashes non stop. Tried hard reset , Pulled battery and held key for 5 seconds . light back on after battery hooked back up.. So i pull the 40 amp fuse under the hood and now my abs light is solid and the brake light is on and solid . Getting confused

Why would both lights come when fuse it removed , but when fuse plugged in only abs flashes . Speedo has always worked .

Does this mean im leaning toward a abs module. I have scanners in my tool box that run abs/srs . It told me tone ring out of range thats why i replaced pumkin sensor . I have to this car inspected soon and with the light blinking im gonna fail . Can i pull the bulb or is it a circuit board Thanks for any and all of your help

The brake warning light is an LED on the cluster, not a bulb.

The warning light is not a simple switch, it's electronically controlled. According to the FSM it's illuminated when there is a fault with the CAB. Pulling the fuse will trip the light and the ABS lamp.

Why did you replace the passenger side speed sensor? Was it a bearing failure? There are really three tone rings.

Yes the bearing was growling . I removed the splash guard and there was a sensor wire hanging . i dont have foglights and it was only on one side . so i plugged it into the new hub .
