Default Next Vehicle? Another Dakota?

Yes, I'm back or for those who don't know I had an 04 Dak (see Sig.) that I sold a little while back. I was looking to buy a STI/EVO, and well that road went a little off course. Insurance was crazy for them as well as the fact that they are a bit to small for me. I never really noticed how much headroom I actually use until I got into a smaller car. So I am in the market for another car/truck. I found a 02 dak with 52k 4.7L 5Spd for $8k, A 2500 Cummins, Subaru Legacy GT that I'm all looking at. Just thought I'd let all you know that I may just be back in a dakota in the near future. This forum is almost always positive with a very little amount of people bashing heads, on this subaru forum I was apart of, all people did was bash each other. This forum is probably the best forum I have been on, and maybe I will be apart of it for a little while longer!

I know what you mean about the car. I've been driving my grandmother's Legacy GT for now while my truck is at the body shop and I want my truck back. I don't like being in a car. I thought I would like it but I really don't. Pretty much solved my decision to get another truck for my next vehicle.

I just feel cramped in the car, I never realized how much space I take up. So it between a dak and a 2500.

Default In a hole

I don’t know if I could ever own a regular on the ground car every time I drive one I feel like I’m in a Hole and about to get squashed run over.

I would rather step up into an auto then squat down to get in just doesn’t feel right somehow.

I'd go with the 2500, especially if its a Cummins!

A cummins would be awesome, but take into consideration how much you're gonna be spending on diesel - then again, our trucks are horrible on gas hahaha.

If you do decide to go with a dak, buy something your sister would like and then get your truck back like someone suggested haha.

Well my sister has already took over my truck. I came home one weekend and saw that interior was all clean as well as the exterior looked like it just got waxed. So I think she is a little excited.

The 2500 is a Cummins that's the only reason to buy a truck that heavy duty. I figured that it might be a good idea to buy a truck that is proven to last, as well as handle anything that I throw at it. The gas mileage would actually be better than what I was getting in my Kota... That thing had terrible mileage.
