Default Chevron PRO-GARD® Fuel Injector Cleaner With TECHRON

Chevron PRO-GARD® Fuel Injector Cleaner With TECHRON has worked the best for me but for besy results run 2 or 3 full tanks of the stuff through your Dakota.

Then one every three months helps keep them clean.

My Dakota runs way smoother with it in my tank.

But new injectors is my goal.

Thumbs up what I tried

Here is what I tried in order of use.

Seafoam no change at all

MMO ran smoother but not sure it cleaned my injectors plus my truck smelled like MMO smell still coming out exhaust for one month.

Chevron noticed a change after half a tank ran very smooth even more power with chevron

Wal-Mart STP $5 Octane Boost this does clean plus more power and smoother running engine I like it but after gone not much change so it doesn’t last but the one tank.

just a heads up I cracked a head on a Honda prelude years ago after running a fuel system cleaner through a vac line and then reving it up like I was told by the products rep. Letting it idle is always a good idea remember you can't compress a liquid

Unhappy I dont like that myself

I don’t like that myself the whole seafoam thing just makes me cringe doing that is a little dangerous or I should say hazardous to your engine.

Just the fact that your engine is knocking like on some of those videos makes my skin crawl.
