Default camshaft question

I'm looking to change over the cams and get more out of my dakota. here is a link to the cams I'm looking at. I'm not exactly retarded with cars. I'm going to school for auto tech but this is kinda a big change. my question is what would need changed or would i just be able to slip these cams in and be done?

that is NOT a daily driver, ie USE LOTS OF FUEL. this is MY IDEA. a good cam for a daily driver. valve lift .430 in duration addvertised 268 degrees to 270 this will not have rup-rup sound. but you will get an added 20-30 hp with out spending more fuel. but if you think you DO want much more power, the other guys hear will have better info.

Think there is one with a higher rpm power band? Stock cam allready maxes out power at about 5200, same as this one, look for something in the 6250-6500 range. Thats what I will do once I start my 408 or 392 stroker project.
