Default What would be the best bang for my buck?

I have a 2002 3.9L V6. Was thinking about dumping $200 in it. The current mods I have include: CAI, throttle body spacer (which does nothing), High Flow exhaust (Full Bore), Aftermarket sound system, under dash leds, and halo head lights. I'm leaning more towards the performance aspect, but would also like some ideas for visuals.

If you can find a used UNLOCKED Superchips 3715 tuner, that may help. I'm not sure if they help the shifts like they do on the 4.7 but I've heard good things from the guys with automatics.
