just crawled under my truck tonight notices that the rear trans. mount is all squished out to one side and seems to move up and down easy. just wondering if anyone has encountered this before. 1998 v-6 rear wheel auto trans. thanks

 

did it get soaked with oil? that might mean that the front might be bad to. or did you twist the frame? some times a engine with lots of power will some times tear apart a motor mount. thats when you use a small chain on the left side to the frame, holds the engine from tearing the mount.

 

no nothing like that changed it tonight kind of a pain had to cut mounting bolts. after changing trans. mount seems to have helped with the idle issue I have been having. the *** end of the motor isn't flopping all over
