Humming sound? Can it be as simple as the rear diff?

Yep.
Firestone will easily charge 100 just to change plugs. Going to the other firestone on other side of town cause they are a little better. I have lifetime balance and alignment so I have to get tires balanced soon and i'm not going to the one that wanted 3900 after all for axle.
