Default DIY Bedliner

So do you guys recommend taping the top of the bed off or just springing for the bed caps?

Bed caps will hold water under them and eventually rot out

Default Understand

Understand, How about if I put the hurculiner under the bed caps. My problem is that i don't trust myself to get the clean lines that look so good on so many trucks. I really like the Diamond Steel caps that are black.
