1st gen engines fit 2nd gen?

Will Dakota engines from early 90s and after fit in my 97'?

Engine yes. 92-02? for the 5.2 V8 and 3.9 V6 Magnums are all the same. Just use your intake and above.

Along those lines - I have a '99 3.9 available in Charleston, WV - sitting in my garage beside the AX-15 gathering dust since my 4bt swap - PM me if anyone is interested in the details.
