Default mis-fire adaptive numerator at limit

I have a 1997 dakota v6 3.9L.. got code p1398 misfire adaptive numerator at limit... changed plugs and wire and did a compression test.. first test found one cylinder at 60psi.. then i changed oil added engine restore.. then did another compression test got 150 in that cylinder (hard to believe.. i must have checked it wrong to begin with) and 150 in another and 130 in the rest... now what do i do?

I did blow a head gasket and used blue devil and have been running it for a year and a half... yes it did work.. can you believe it...

do i have bad crank shaft bearings?? i have good oil pressure....
do i have a bad crank sensor?? it runs and doesnt sound like it is misfiring
do i replace the distributor cap?

help me if you can please..
