Reverse lights not working properly

Default Reverse lights not working properly
My reverse lights only work when I hold the shifter between reverse and park. Not all the way between but if I hold it just past reverse.

Any ideas?

Check your neutral switch. I assume these trucks have one on the bottom of the steering column like old cars did. It could be out of adjustment.
