Is this from factory? Sure looks like it, wtf is the need for one electric and a clutch fan? And the connector for the electric fan is ****ing retarded, how in the hell do you disconnect the bastard? It has a red clip inside and another clip with a notch in it that is supposed to be lifted up? The damn thing won't budge.

You slide the red clip partially out of the connector first. Looking at the connector from the top with the red clip on top facing you and the flat end of the clip facing left, slide the clip to the left. Then you can push down on the connector clip and separate the connector plugs. The red clip is sort of a safety mechanism to make sure the connectors don't come apart.

The electric fan cools the radiator and the a/c condenser when you drive at lower speeds. Without the electric fan the AC won't work as well. The blade fan with its fan clutch cools the engine itself. The electric fan is not meant to cool the engine on its own. There are mods you can do to remove the clutch fan and install another electric fan. Some say the second electric fan can free up some extra horsepower and increase MPG.
