Never run higher octane gas in your engine unless you have a higher compression ratio, which from what I understand is the standard 8:1.

I always run 87 octane, cant afford anything more lol. Still waiting on seafoam to arrive...

i dont think you run leaded in your rig if you can find it and actually run it this would be your problem all they sell any more is unleaded fuel

I think he meant unleaded. To the best of my knowledge, they don't even sell the lead additive anymore.
