Question loss of power

99 3.9L Automatic Dakota. Issue- after start up the truck goes couple blocks and then starts to idle bad and lose power for about 30 seconds and then goes away and runs perfect. i had exhaust leak that i thought was causing but had it fixed. Also changed PLUGS,WIRES,CAP,ROTOR,PCV and has a new K&N air filter on it. Took it to Advance Auto and only code coming up was O2 sensor bank 1 high voltage. any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it backfire or make a popping noise when it does it? If so mine does the same thing and I thought I fixed it by replacing the crank sensor - it ran fine for a week and then it did it again.

i bought a new 02 sensor. but before putting in i just unplugged my old one that was sending the bad code(pre-cat) and the truck ran fine. so turns out when it was cold that bad signal from o2 would cause the hesitation and backfire.
