Air conditioning redirects to floor vents
On a 99 3.9 dakota When I accelerate the air conditioning redirects and blows out the floor vents. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm assuming it's a 2000 or prior...
Possibly a bad vacuum check valve. It's located near the brake booster, you'll see a hard plastic (small) vacuum line coming off of it.
When it's bad you lose vacuum when accelerating and the doors change position.
