Default What Did I Break This Time?

Hey guys,

I took the dak mudding at a buddy's cottage this weekend, had a damn good time and snapped a few pics if anyone's interested.

Anyway, drove home today and the truck feels fine but my girlfriend pointed out the driver side is sagging about an inch lower than the passenger. I jumped up and down on the bumper to see if it was just stiff but its still sagging. Are there common problems related to sag with these trucks? I can't see anything broken - maybe just worn out.

I only hit really hard once but it's not squeeking or making any wierd noises.

Blown shock? Another thing (may sound dumb, but it's often overlooked) is to check to be sure the tire has enough air.

Check for a bad ball joint. Check torsion bar.Said you check and it was stiff. How stiff? Is shock working?

Get on flat surface and take measuring tape and check the actual measurements fender to ground as strait as possible. As much pressure it is possible for the pressure pulling down to spin out.. in that case a simple solution is to but another nut on the back side of the factory "thing" that the adjustment bolt is screwing into.. a second nut would not allow the bolt to back out under pressure.

And it's possible because it happend to a Jeep Liberty Rack and Pinnion; there was so much force it caused the worm thread inside to spin out causing the wheel to point out about 6 inches and nothing inside was physically broke.
