Has anyone done it before? Did you notice any benefits?

YES, NO the thing is, a little is a lot. i have heard that to much can damage the engine.

Thanks. I know it's more commonly used on high compression N/A and turbo/supercharged applications. From what I read it's also only for WOT. My main thing right now is that on my motor, 2.5, the intake and exhaust are literally right next to each other. So, my intake air is always hot even with my cai. And that causes power lose and with the summer here now the truck bogs down. I'm trying to find a way to cool the air just as it goes into the cylinder that way it's getting a denser a/f mixture. Do you know what I'm trying to say?
