Default sway bar wear

I have a 2003 dakota that needs some suspension work. If you hit a bump it is unstable. When I replaced the swaybar bushings last year I noticed excessive wear under the bushing. The metal was much thinner. The rear swaybar seems flimsy rusty and weak. Does anyone make upgraded / thicker swaybars?

Check around. I do not of anyone off hand. Try Summit Racing or one of the 4x4 off road stores. May look into the setup on a Dodge Ram see if is beefier and would fit.
