Radiator
Rockauto.com Ebay can be questionable; unless your buying from a "Top Rated Seller" alot of them are drop shippers or sometimes they are WholeSalers just trying ot make extra cash selling on Ebay what they would sell to a retailer sometimes a little higher sometimes a little cheaper.. but I would try and go with a good known resource like RockAuto.
But there are a few ppl i buy off ebay no question just because of price**

Understand. And been considering that. Do not want to go through this again, and not 100% sure this is the issue. Spending a extra 30 or 40 dollars for piece of mine may be worth it
Number 1 fail point on these Dodge trucks are their water pumps; second are their cores cracking or clogging (from lack of maintenance) then comes stuff like leaking intake gasget; head gaskets and stuff like that.
I have changed the water pump, thermostat 180 degree, new hoses, flush it and still running around 200-205. Wired elec- fan direct and took off clutch fan see if it made a difference. It didn't so it is Radiator time.
Looking at E-Bay and I found the one you were taking about (bpo157) and one a few bucks cheaper. The issue I have with them is they are in Cal and if there was problem with the radiator you looking at a week or so downtime to get it back to them and get a new one.

Are you sure your problem is not the temp sensor you may want to change that out and see if your temps drop on you My truck was showing almost the same a bit high 200 to 210 and I noticed my water temp sensor top was lose and could be twisted around by hand so I grabbed a new one and my temps droped down a lot down to 185.
Im not sure how you test what your real temps may be but those sensors are around $15 to $35 and if old just do it anyway.

I put 3 pics under photo's. Not a computer person or I would put those big pics you guys have.
Temp sending unit seems to be working ok. Got some decent hills here and the temp will move up 5 or 10 degrees climbing one and fall back down over the top.
