Question "Check Gauges"

My check gauges light pops on and off but my truck isnt running hot at all...the meter is jumpy and goes all the way to hot (mainly at a stop or slow roll). No smoke, no leaking, no coolant scent. Cant figure it out... Any ideas?

Thanks

Make sure you're completely full of coolant and then check your tstat.

If it goes all the way hot and then jumps down, its most likely due to your tstat sticking.
