Which O2 sensor did you change?

Spray some carb cleaner around the map sensor, see if the idle changes.

 

so far so good. i put gasket sealer around the screw heads and seams of my MAP sensor. it must have had a vacuum leak at it. it has been 4 days and no check engine light or shudders on the highway and lately i would have it everyday i was on the highway.
