Default Self contained camper on '03 Dakota

I have 03 Dakota, Auto 3.9L, all stock. A friend has a 8 foot self contained (bathroom) camper he wants to unload and am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this rig nad setup?

What tires and suspensions mods should I make, if any?

Need to make a case for this to my wife.

Thanks

not enough engine, or trans. or frame. you need a bigger truck. and dont EVEN use a 8 1/4 rear axle. a 2001 dakota shows gross vehicle weight. position 4 in the VIN, F=4001-5000 lbs......G=5001-6000.lbs.....H=6001-7000 lbs please note that is GROSS weight.

I drove myself crazy looking for a camper rig for my 98. I have extra leaf springs and gas shocks, and even just a fiberglass shell makes it squat an inch. I decided to build a cabin on my vacation land instead. I have slept in the "camper top" shell a few times when I just had to pull over and was too cheap to get a room just to sleep a few hours. Kota just won't hack the bathroom and stove and all that stuff. Sorry to say.
