FIXED !!!! Here is what it was. there is red wire with a yellow stripe that comes off the fusebox and through firewall to the starter relay. That wire was broken about 3 inches from the fusebox. Best i can tell It was actually just twisted together for some reason but it was in the factory loom so I am puzzled as to why it would have been just twisted together. Here is the colors for the starter. From the ignition switch to the fuse box its yellow. It comes out of the fusebox and through the firewall to starter relay and that wire is red with yellow stripe. This wire energizers the relay and makes it throw 12volts to the silenoid. Im sure my spelling is **** and i probably missed some words buts its 3 am and i drove 9 hours home today. lol

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP GUYS!!!!!

If i would have been home this would have cost me alot less!!!! I knew as soon as the relay wouldnt click that it was something cut or shorted in the trigger wire.
