Default hazards work, turn signals don't

Alright, so I have a 2000 dakota here and I am stuck.

I got out the wiring diagrams and connections and everything.

The multifunction switch works (the turn signal arm). Tested it all according to shop manual (continuity checks for neutral, left, right, and hazard).
When I unplug it and run some wires into it, I can get the left and right both to work independently.

Checking the fuses, they seem good, and the flasher I take it works as the hazards (and without the switch) it works.

I am damn lost

I believe the flasher could be partially bad and work flasher and not turn signal.
