I have a 2001 dakota extended cab with doors that are starting to rot.
I've found a pair of 1999 durango doors for a good price.
Will they swap other than the inside panel being different.
mine has the lock by the handle the Durango has the lock by your shoulder.
My truck no power options so I would like to swap doors to get the power windows and locks. I can get the wiring harness from a scrap yard to connect the doors and leave the rear window switches to do nothing.
Just wondering about bolting it up and the door panel hitting the side of the dash when I try to shut the door.
