2001 Dodge Dakota SLT 4.7 V8 4x4. The rear Leaf Spring Shackle broke in half. I have searched at all of the automotive shops locally and none carry shackles that will fit this model. The kits I can find only have the hangers in them, no shackle. Does anyone know of this happening? Can anyone tell me where I may be able to purchase this piece or do I need to go to a junk yard and get one off an identical model?

 

i literally just ordered a set of shackles for my 98 from http://www.autoandtrucksprings.com about a hour before i saw your post. same thing, mine broke at 50mph which was interesting for a minute >.>
