Question Resetting the computer

I replaced my ignition coil two days ago which I think requires me to reset my computer. But I just recently discovered that my exhaust manifold is not connected to my exhaust pipe. Somethings telling me I need to get these things connected before resetting. I hope somebody can get back to me as soon as possible, please.

I think attaching the exhaust system back together would be your first step, truck won't run very well with open exhaust manifolds. A good muffler shop will do an inspection at your request and find any more leaks, cracks, loose clamps etc. One step at a time....

Replacing your ignition coil does not require resetting your computer. And how did you "recently discover" that your exhaust pipe wasn't connected to the manifold? It seems like it would have been pretty obvious if you've been driving the truck.

In any case, the exhaust needs to be fixed ASAP.
